Refractory curing on Ifcon Furnace Vereeniging. 6m diameter x 22m long. Curing temperature 1000ºC. Heat up Stove/Blast furnaces Newcastle.
ASSMANG CHROME & ASSMANG MANGANESE
Dry out on ducting, furnaces and sinter hoods as well as electrode baking.
BATEMAN TITACO
Refractory dry-out/curing at Ferraloys Machadodorp and SA Chrome. Pre-Heaters and Sinter Hoods.
BAYSIDE & HILLSIDE ALUMINIUM
Dry out on melting and holding furnaces.
BCL AND BOTSWANA ASH
Dry out on furnace and burner chambers.
CAPE GATE
Furnace dry out on roof section and billet furnace.

Isomerization Project, vessels and shutdown work.
DB THERMAL
Operating of all Nigel Furnaces – various heat treatments. (Dry-outs, Pre-heats, PWHT, Normalizing and Annealing.

DORBYL HEAVY ENGINEERING
PWHT on Bore Mill Shells in temporary furnace constructed by African Heating.
Current heat treatment required in their furnaces are done on a continuous basis.
ENGEN (Petrochemical Plant)
Assisting maintenance contractor and Engen with various on-site heat treatments.
