    Refractory curing on Ifcon Furnace Vereeniging. 6m diameter x 22m long.  Curing temperature 1000ºC.   Heat up Stove/Blast furnaces Newcastle.

    Dry out on ducting, furnaces and sinter hoods as well as electrode baking.
  • BATEMAN TITACO
    Refractory dry-out/curing at Ferraloys Machadodorp and SA Chrome.  Pre-Heaters and Sinter Hoods.
  • BAYSIDE & HILLSIDE ALUMINIUM
    Dry out on melting and holding furnaces.
  • BCL AND BOTSWANA ASH
    Dry out on furnace and burner chambers.

    Current heat treatment required in their furnaces are done on a continuous basis.
